Travel Physical Therapist (PT) Requirements

• Currently practicing as a Physical Therapist (PT)

• Minimum 1–2 years of recent physical therapy experience

• Recent experience in the required setting

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Active PT license

• BLS (AHA) certification

• Additional assignment details discussed during recruiter call
